Euro-area monetary aggregate M3: cached observations
Observation dateValue (eur)
€17,628,992,353,019.54

Euro-area monetary aggregate M3 outstanding at the end of each month, neither seasonally nor working-day adjusted. This is an actual-only series under Bullion API’s source-status policy: numeric ECB normal (A), break (B), provisional (P), revised (R) and blank-status observations are retained; provisional (P) is an ECB publication status, not a forecast. ECB estimated (E) values are published estimates but are excluded from this actual-only API series, and the exact period is suppressed so a prior actual cannot reappear; this normalization does not mean the ECB withdrew the estimate. Explicit missing-value statuses are accepted only with a blank value and suppress that exact period. Forecast (F) and other unapproved statuses fail source validation. The API does not expose each observation status separately. The ECB reports this series in millions of euros; values are converted exactly to euros. Euro-area membership and historical aggregate composition change over time.
