National Bank of Rwanda: The National Bank of Rwanda licenses its official statistics under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence, which permits commercial reuse and redistribution when the source is acknowledged: “Source: National Bank of Rwanda.” Bullion API rounds the reported value in millions of US dollars to four decimal places and derives no quantities; a change in value can reflect the gold price as well as the amount of gold held.
European Central Bank and ESCB: The ECB permits commercial and non-commercial reuse when statistics and metadata are unchanged; quote the source, for example “Source: ECB statistics.” Identify any changes; Bullion API applies the published unit multiplier, normalizes ounces, and converts reported weight to tonnes.
